As we visit Roma families, we come to understand their lives, daily struggles, and concerns more closely. Whenever possible, we try to support those who face severe hardship, especially among the Roma who have come to faith.
Sister Alyona has been attending the gatherings since the very beginning. She is raising her son alone. When we first visited her home, we could not believe our eyes: could anyone still live in such conditions today? — Sharing a single room with animals, without heating or even basic amenities…
How grateful Alyona and her son were when the Lord moved the hearts of friends to purchase a stove for them! This winter, they no longer have to fear the cold. Praise the Lord for His fatherly care!
