The sight of a large, loving family with eight children could not help but inspire everyone present when our friends arrived to participate in an evangelistic meeting with single mothers. The women saw joyful parents and heard simple, heartfelt testimonies about God’s guidance — and their hearts were deeply moved.
At the end, the family shared warm wishes and words of blessing for the mothers.
We Christians often grow accustomed to the Lord’s blessings. But for women living in hardship and who do not know God, every word about hope and love was like a breath of fresh air. Some listened with tears in their eyes…
We are also encouraged by the children’s lessons. The sisters who led them shared that spending time with these children feels like a celebration. Their perspective on truth is very different from that of children raised in the church. Their questions are deeper, and their answers — sincere and unexpected. They value what they hear.
Only the Lord knows when the sown Word will take root — but it surely will, because God has promised that His Word never returns void.
