As disciples of Jesus Christ, we bear witness to the world not only through words, but above all through lives filled with love. Through our conduct and actions, people see that Christ lives in His Church.
Many are not yet ready to hear a sermon, but they are able to see mercy, care, and sacrifice. When we serve others with sincere hearts, the Holy Spirit reveals to them the source of this love. Selfless acts done in the name of Jesus speak of Him more clearly than words and prepare hearts for the Gospel. May our light — works of mercy — point the way to Christ.
In this quarterly report, we reflect on our shared calling to reflect Christ’s love in the world. Through your participation, acts of kindness reach those who do not yet know the Savior. May the words of the Lord be fulfilled in us:
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
